Milestone 1 - N3VEM Repeater Rebuild
This work and fund-raising is currently in progress. The machine is currently on-air with temporary hardware. This milestone is broken into these primary groups:

Short Term - Raise enough funds to replace the machine with something similar to it’s original equipment (Motorolla GR1225)

Stretch Goal - raise enough funds by September of 2024 to replace the current aging machine with Yeasu DR-2X, leveraging the April 2024 - September 2024 System Fusion Repeater Installation Program.
Milestone 2 - KJ7OMO Repeater Rebuild
KJ7OMO runs the pride radio network. She did have a basic repeater on the air on 444.900 (+5) pl 110.9, but it is currently offline. The second major milestone for this project is gathering the equipment and funds to help get this machine back on the air. Similar to milestone one, this milestone will be broken into several ‘levels’ of goals depending on gifts received.

Minimal Goal - Collect enough in donations (money and/or equipment) to build a basic “2 mobile radios and duplexer” repeater to replace KJ7OMO’s offline repeater.

Level 2 Goal - Collect enough in donations (money and/or equipment) to purchase a used repeater and associated hardware to replace KJ7OMO’s offline repeater.

Milestone 3 - Get the next machine on the air!
Next up will be building the next machine, and gathering all the equipment needed to get it in service , so that we can add a 3rd location (Maybe your location!) to the project.
