Maybe I should have a 21 gun salute for the 21 things headed out? Then again, maybe not, because these are things I'm glad to see go!

So far so good! It's surprising how much stuff we can accumulate! Here's 18 more things headed out the door.
Well, we're just over halfway through the minimalist game, so I'll get straight to it - here's what I got rid of today!
Day 15 - 15 more things headed out! I stumbled on a box of old textbooks today....that made it easy to knock of several items in one shot!
For someone who has already simplified their homes, this game might be a challenge, but so far, I'm still finding lots of clutter. This is making it relatively simple (so far) to find things to get rid of! On day 14, the 14 items I found all came out of a box of mostly old computer junk that I found in the corner of the basement storage room....
We're still plugging away at the minimalist game here in our house! For those not familiar, or those just joining in, it's basically a way to make a game out of decluttering, by getting rid of 1 thing on the first, 2 on the second, and so forth. Since today is the 13th, here's the 13 things that I'm giving the boot! More junk! Those following along might notice that I have more CO2 cartridges that I'm getting rid of. I used to be into Mt. Biking, and used an inflator that took threaded cartridges, but at some point had accidently purchased the non-threaded type. Oh, and yes, that is a peice of 4inch, clear, PVC. In case you want to watch your sewage flow out of your house.....? if it was the 12th day of Christmas I guess I'd be watching for some drummers, but it's not! It's the 12th day of the minimalist game, which means I'm getting rid of 12 more things!

AuthorMany of you know me from my ham radio hobby. In reality however, we are more than hams. This space is dedicated to things that aren't the norm for my blog - it is a space for random thoughts and opinions about things that are important to me, but have nothing to do with ham radio. If you don't dig it, feel free to click away, but if you do enjoy it, you might get some insight into what makes this ham tick. Archives
