KJ7OMO Repeater Rebuild
KJ7OMO is the world famous, longtime host of the weekly Pride Radio Net, on the Pride Radio Network. She does ALOT of the work maintaining that network, but unfortunately her physical repeater is offline.
Fundraising and construction for this milestone is officially under way. We started with the balance of funds and donated equipment left after the completion of Milestone 1, and we hope to be completed very soon! The repeater is now running in a ‘test environment’ but can be used if you are close enough to its testing location in Witmer PA. ASL 3 is also running on the repeater, and it can be reached via the Pride Network. There will likely be a couple hundred more dollars needed for miscellaneous hardware, connectors, coax, etc. as we work through testing, and prepare to ship it to KJ7OMO for final installation.
